We believe in long terms sustainable Business relationship with our Supplier Partner’s and encourage new collaboration to achieve further safe, efficient and cost effective operational solutions.

Fill the “ Vendor Registration” forms with appropriate data and correct information related to your Product-line and Services. Please include all relevant information(s) like OEM / Authorised Dealer( mention make/ region )/ Equivalent Part Supplier/ Specialty in the Services etc in remarks column for relevant enquiries.

Vendor Track Record, HSE policies and QA / QC procedures followed by the Supplier must be enclosed.

Vendor confirms it has read all Terms & Conditions and upon submitting the VRF, Vendor confirms its acceptance to the same.

Duly filled Vendor Registration Form (VRF) should be emailed to cmd@jcgroups.co.in, chaurasia.j@gmail.com
